We received the best service we have ever experienced from a car rental company, when we rented a MX-5 for one day in May. I really wanted to drive this car, so I tried to reserve it online before we came. Simos, the manager, replied right away and told us that he could not guarantee that I would be able to get that specific car. I really appreciated that he was honest and up front about this. I've had many companies promise a specific car. but then tell us it was not available when we arrived. He gave me his phone number and told me to call him a couple of days ahead to see if it was available. It was and I was able to get it. Not only did I get the car I wanted, but it was delivered and picked up from our hotel at no extra charge. Also, the prices at Motor-inn are much cheaper than other companies I checked on Santorini. We were very pleased with our overall rental experience with Simos and his company and are sure that you will be too.
I really enjoined the Buggy and the service. Simon, the owner, is so kind and available to help everyone wants to be suggested about places of interest, restaurants, streets. The service was impeccable and allways in time and the person who is saying that is an Italian who has got used to great services. You have to absolutely enjoy MotorIn! Best rental Company of the island!
Very professional, courteous and genuinely nice people to deal with. Zaja met me at the hotel to deliver the keys, gave me extremely useful tips, met me at the airport on our way home (sorry, I was at least half an hour late) but he remained genuinely friendly and wished as well on our journey. I had the opportunity to speak with Simos on the phone and he made my day by not charging me extra. Such a nice gesture. Look peeps, this is the real deal, clean cars, the Fiat Panda was virtually new. Highly recommended. Do not waste your time finding a cheap hire car. Just go straight to motorinn. The level of service is consistently high, you won't be disappointed.
I had a great car rental experience here. The car was very nice and looks new. The contract we signed was quite clear. I could have the car delivered at the port and returned in the airport as to fit my schedule. Motor Inn provided nice and pleasant service which I really appreciate!
I researched a number of companies before deciding to go with Motor Inn. I am so glad I did. Great prices and very pleasant service. Simos delivered a brand new convertible Fiat directly to our hotel lobby. We were confused as to the date of delivery (blame it on the time change) but he never expressed any annoyance with us, and in fact, went out of his way to point out specific places of interest for us to visit during the rain storm. I highly recommend Simos and the Motor Inn.
I want to start off and say how respectful Simos was. I contacted him thru email and never had to meet him. After the motorcycle I selected, I sent him a deposit and from there all my work was done. He had the bike delivered to my hotel and paper work was done there too. He made sure that everything went thru smootly with more than 1 email. Motorcycle was in amazing condition and for the 3 days I did not have a problem. When I do come back again I will not hesitate to use Motor Inn again. Thank you for making everything so easy. After a lengthy search of the many car rentals in Santorini, we decided to go with Motor Inn since they offered us the best price and had very good reviews. We did not regret it, Simos got back to us within few hours after our email, and confirmed availability of the car we wanted. The whole process was very well organized and we always felt like we were in good hands. The car was delivered in time with a full tank to the pick up location at the port by Andrey, who explained drop-off procedure and advised on best places to visit on the island, easy and convenient. We greatly recommend MotorInn to everybody who needs a car on the island.
After a search of the many car rentals available in Santorini, we opted for Motor Inn since they offered us the best price. Simos was incredibly responsive and got back to us within few hours after all our emails, which made reservation and agreement on pick-up and drop-off locations easy and convenient. The whole process was very personal and we always felt like we were in good hands.
The car was delivered in time with a full tank to the pick up location at the port of Athinios by a friendly team from Motor Inn. We were given a Nissan Note instead of the VW UP that we initially chose. However, we were happy with the Nissan, since the price was still the same (the Nissan would technically be more expensive than the VW), and the car had everything we needed. The Nissan was clean and in a good condition (except that the clutch was not in the best shape anymore), and we enjoyed to get around with it on the island.
I have been to Santorini several times and always used Motor Inn. I found their service very professional and efficient, their vehicles are of good quality and reliable, and the team is very friendly and attentive to customers’ needs. I have seen many other happy customers whilst there, and warmly recommend Motor Inn.
