I had a booking with them that wasn't completed but I am giving the positive review for the fact that they were very resposive and they refunded the deposit. I had a reservation made with 9 months before the pick up date and due to some personal issues I needed to pick the car up one day later than the original reservation and to keep it for an extra day. This happened 2 days before the initial pick up time. Unfortunately, they told me that they have the car available in the new period but the new price was considerably higher. They didn't take into account that I had a reservation since a long time ago. I was expecting to have the same price but to pay also for the extra day at the same rate than my original booking. After I complained, they gave a small discount but still was a lot more than I was able to get from another company in the airport. The reason was that they have high demand on automatic cars. I understood and I searched for the best option for me. Unfortunately, they lost me as a client.

Highly recommended car rental company; they are clear and straightforward. I rented a Mazda 2 and it was better than expected for exploring the entire island.
