We received the best service we have ever experienced from a car rental company, when we rented a MX-5 for one day in May. I really wanted to drive this car, so I tried to reserve it online before we came. Simos, the manager, replied right away and told us that he could not guarantee that I would be able to get that specific car. I really appreciated that he was honest and up front about this. I've had many companies promise a specific car. but then tell us it was not available when we arrived. He gave me his phone number and told me to call him a couple of days ahead to see if it was available. It was and I was able to get it. Not only did I get the car I wanted, but it was delivered and picked up from our hotel at no extra charge. Also, the prices at Motor-inn are much cheaper than other companies I checked on Santorini. We were very pleased with our overall rental experience with Simos and his company and are sure that you will be too.
