Pre-ordered a car to collect on arrival at airport. Paid (refundable) deposit and balance on collection. Pre-collection coms professional and prompt. Company rep waiting with a name sign as promised at airport exit. Short walk to adjacent parking area - completed paperwork and on our way in 10 minutes. Vehicle exactly as described (older Suzuki Jimny - they checked we understood it was an older vehicle as the model no-longer made) took full insurance so no issues with worrying about any pre-existing damage. Dropped off as instructed at airport a week later. Perfect experience from start to finish. Good feedback on internet before we booked with them and they fully delivered. Recommended 100%
